FAQ'S

- I have never done this before. Will you help me prepare for my shoot?

I will guide you through everything from picking the best outfits, posing and achieving your best look. I will send you a  session beauty and prep guide with all the information you need for a successful shoot,  I will guide you every step of the way.

 

- Do I get digital images with my final packages?

Yes. You will get the matching digital files of all the portraits that you purchase on a crystal usb with their copyrights.

- How far in advance do I need to book my shoot?

I recommend that you book your shoot 4-5 weeks before you need your pictures.  Depending on the beautiful fine art products you select, some may take up to 3-4 weeks to produce. If you need it sooner I will try to accommodate you and do rush service.

- Will you post my pictures online?

I would only use your pictures online or for marketing and advertising with your signed consent on a model release contract which is 100% optional.

- What if I am older and not my ideal weight?

I have photographed women from their early twenties to their late seventies. I have photographed women of all sizes and shapes. When I look at you through my lens I believe I can capture your inner and outer beauty no matter what your stage in life. My goal is that when you are in front of my camera you will experience how beautiful you really are. I am a trained professional in women's portraits and the poses and angles I use are designed to achieve beautiful and flattering portraits for every uniquely beautiful body shape. 

-I have cellulite, stretch marks or bad skin.  Can you fix that?

Yes. Removal of cellulite, acne and stretch marks are part of the retouching process and included in your purchase.

- Where does the photography session take place?

In my studio located in Orem, Utah that I have set up for portrait, branding  and contemporary portraits, I am also available for dream location destinations at an additional cost.

-Can I meet you and see the studio before my shoot?

Yes, of course. I actually recommend that to every client. You can either come in for a personal consultation or we can do it by Zoom or FaceTime.

- Can I bring my husband, boyfriend, best friend, sister, mom to the shoot or viewing appointment?

Yes, of course! This is about celebrating you and your loved ones are part of your and your story. They can come and be part of the whole experience or join you at the end. You can also choose to have them jump in at the end and be photographed with you.

- Do you provide outfits? Or do I bring my own?

I have a large collection of beautiful gowns and accessories for you to use at the studio. I do also suggest each client bring 3-4 of their own outfits to use at their session. Don't worry, I will be helping design your session with you in every detail and will provide you with my styling guide at booking and we will have a fitting appointment together about a week before your session to make final outfit selections.

- I have never done this before and know nothing about posing or how to take a good photograph.

Don't worry, I will guide you through the entire process.  That is what I am trained to do: all you need to do is relax and have fun.

- How long does the shoot take?

Plan to spend around 3 hours for the shoot including hair and makeup.  Then plan on 1- 1.5 hours for your viewing and ordering appointment, which takes place about 4 days after your session date.

- What is the cost and what does it include?

The session fee is $450 which includes professional make up and hair styling for two and a $200 credit towards your portrait purchase. Your session fee is due at booking.

All of the beautiful portrait products and complete pricing guides can be viewed at the studio.

Due to the type of product, no refunds or returns are available after purchasing you're portraits.

 

 - How do I schedule an appointment?

A session fee is due at the time of booking your portrait session.

- Can I reschedule my photo shoot?

48 hours notice is needed to reschedule session since a makeup/hair professional is scheduled for each session unless it's an emergency situation. Session fees are not refundable but are able to be transferred to a new session date if rescheduling happens 48 hours before initial session date. If a reschedule request happens less than 48 hours before scheduled session or client is a no-show and would like to schedule a new session date, a new session fee of $450 is required to book again.
